Cancellation Policy
A deposit of 20% will be taken to secure your booking today, this comes off the total of your services with us for the appointment booked.
We value your time and we hope you value ours so we require minimum 24 hours notice for a cancellation or minimum 12 hours notice for an appointment change.
Please call the salon if you need to make any changes. We regularly have an awaited list of guests so this allows us plenty of time to accommodate all our beautiful Sol’s needs.
Our SMS service will TXT you 48 hours before your appointment, this is a friendly reminder so please call for any changes. If a cancellation/change or no show occurs with less than the required time notice a fee will be applied.
FEE:
Online Bookings:
Your 20% deposit will be forfeited.
Phone Bookings:
Appointments 30-60min: $50
Appointments over 60min: $100
All colour corrections or appointments over 4 hours must pay a $100 deposit. This deposit will go towards the appointment however if the appointment is canceled within the 24 hour policy then the deposit is non-refundable.
